Overview
This documentation describes how to validate message channels and set up message subscription for sub-users. In order for a sub-user to receive messages, they need to validate their message channels and subscribe to the relevant message notifications once the validation is complete.
Operation Guide
Set up Message Subscription
- Go to the Message Center and click on Message Subscription.
- Select message types
- Click Add Recipient
- In the Add Recipient window that appears, select the recipients or recipient groups that you want to subscribe to.
- Click OK to complete the message subscription setup.
