1. How to retrieve the password if I forget it?

• On the login page, click on the Forgot Password link.

• Retrieve the root account password.

2. In the log-in protection scene, the SMS verification code was not received

After logging in, if you encounter the following interface, it means that the administrator has enabled log-in protection.
After clicking Get Verification code, if you did not receive the code, it means that the phone number associated with your sub-account is incorrect. Please contact the administrator to modify the associated phone number for you.
