1. Interface Description
Interface request domain name: bill.api3.convergecloud.com.
This API is used to query the file download address based on the task ID. To obtain the task ID, you can call the DescribeBillDownloadListGateway API for monthly bills and call the DescribeBillDownloadRecordListGateway API for other bills.
Default interface request rate limit: 20 times per second.
Interface update time: 2025-03-31 16:10:15.
The interface is both signature verification and authentication.
