1. Interface Description
Interface request domain name: bill.api3.convergecloud.com.
Queries the region. Specify the user's ID through common parameter UIN.
Default interface request rate limit: 20 times per second.
Interface update time: 2019-11-08 19:24:29.
The interface is both signature verification and authentication.
