1. Interface Description
Interface request domain name: clb.api3.convergecloud.com.
The main tenant queries the sub-account quotas. If there are no sub-accounts, the quota of the root account will be returned.
Default interface request rate limit: 20 times per second.
Interface update time: 2021-03-01 19:34:53.
The interface is both signature verification and authentication.
