1. Interface Description
Interface request domain name: clb.api3.convergecloud.com.
Replace an existing certificate with a new one (Note: If the existing certificate is used in multiple regions, rules bound to it will be replaced at the same time.)
Default interface request rate limit: 20 times per second.
Interface update time: 2021-08-23 21:36:44.
The interface is both signature verification and authentication.
