You can log in to the VPC console and click IP And Network Card > ENI in the left-side directory to open the Elastic Network Interface list page.
Click the instance ID to be bound to open the details page. Click IPv4 Address Management in the tab, and click Unbind in the EIP already bound column of the row containing the private IP to be unbound.
Click OK in the pop-up window.
