Order Management records the order information for a tenant's activation, configuration adjustment, and termination of a specific product, including order inquiry and order export and download.
The Order Management page displays order records and allows for searches by account UIN, product name, sub-product name, resource ID, and creator ID. It supports filtering orders by date with quick filter options for the past month, last 3 months, last 6 months, last year, and a custom time range.
- Supports filtering orders by order type and status, and sorts orders by creation time. Click Details to view the details of an order.
- Supports viewing order details, which include sub-order number, product name, sub-product name, specific configuration, quantity, payment method, status, etc. The details displayed vary slightly between prepaid and postpaid order statuses.
