AttrValue	Yes	No	String	Attribute value. When AttrName is alias, it allows any string up to 15 characters in length. When AttrName is projectId, it requires the project ID to be real and existing. Example: Resource Name
LicenseType	Yes	No	Uint64	License type. 0: Pro Edition license; 5: Ultimate Edition license. Example: 1

3. Output Parameters

RequestId	String	Unique request id, Each request will return. The RequestId of the request needs to be provided when locating the problem.
