The launch configuration is a template for automatically creating a CVM, which includes the image ID, CVM instance type, system disk and data disk type and capacity, key pair, security group, etc.
You must specify a launch configuration when you create a scaling group. Once a launch configuration is created, its attributes cannot be edited.
