The launch configuration itself cannot be edited, but the launch configuration of the scaling group can be changed.
If you need to change the launch configuration after you upgrade the application and update the data, follow the steps below:
- Create a new launch configuration.
- To change the launch configuration of the corresponding scaling group, on the details page of the scaling group, click Edit and then point to the new launch configuration.
