Multi-Model Configuration

Operation scenarios

The multi-model configuration has the following features:

• It can effectively reduce the risk of scale-out failure caused by sold-out and instance call failure.
• We recommend a variety of models that are similar to your preferred model in terms of configuration, price, and performance. If your preferred model is sold out, we intelligently select other models with abundant inventory for you.

Operation step

Multi-Model Configuration

1. Log in to the auto scaling console and click Launch Configuration in the left sidebar.
2. On the Launch Configuration page, you can enter the multi-models configuration page in the following two ways:
   • Click Configure Models on the right side of the row where you want to configure multiple model launch configurations.
   • Click the launch configuration ID for which you want to configure multiple models. On the launch configuration details page, select the edit icon in the instance configuration row.
3. On the Multi-Model Configuration page, select any model you need and click OK.

Viewing Multi-Model Configuration

After the configuration is complete, you can view the various models and fees configured in the details page of the launch configuration.

Modifying Multi-Model Configuration

If the completed multi-model configuration does not meet your expectations, you can modify it by following the steps below.

1. To refer to multi-model configuration, enter the Multi-Model Configuration page.
2. After modifying the original model configuration, click OK to complete the modification.
