1. Interface Description
Interface request domain name: vpc.api3.convergecloud.com.
This API (DescribeCcnRegionBandwidthLimits) is used to query the outbound bandwidth limits for each region of CCN. This API only returns regions included in the associated network instances.
Default interface request rate limit: 100 times per second.
Interface update time: 2018-09-30 19:56:06.
The interface only verifies the signature but does not authenticate.
