1. Interface Description
Interface request domain name: vpc.api3.convergecloud.com.
This API (SetCcnRegionBandwidthLimits) is used to set the outbound bandwidth limit for each region of a CCN, and can only be used to set the outbound bandwidth limits for regions included in the associated network instances.
Default interface request rate limit: 100 times per second.
Interface update time: 2018-07-04 20:13:00.
The interface only verifies the signature but does not authenticate.
