1. Interface Description
Interface request domain name: vpc.api3.convergecloud.com.
This API (HaVipAssociateAddressIp) is used for HAVIP to bind EIP
This API is completed asynchronously. To query the execution results of asynchronous tasks, use the RequestId returned by this API to poll the QueryTask API.
Default interface request rate limit: 20 times per second.
Interface update time: 2018-10-20 18:04:24.
The interface only verifies the signature but does not authenticate.
