Overview
Converge Cloud VPC DNS supports the subdomain recursive resolution feature. After enabling this feature, when a client initiates a DNS request, if the corresponding subdomain resolution record is not configured within the private domain, Converge Cloud VPC DNS will return the corresponding record based on whether subdomain recursive resolution is enabled or not.
Note:
After enabling the subdomain recursive resolution feature for a Converge Cloud VPC DNS private domain, if a record in the domain does not hit, the resolution result of the record on the public network will be returned.

Enabling Subdomain Recursive Resolution
Method 1
When first adding a private domain, you can choose to enable subdomain recursive resolution. For detailed instructions, please refer to Create Private Domain.
Method 2
- In the Private Domain List, select the private domain you want to enable subdomain recursive resolution for and click the Subdomain Recursive Resolution button. In the pop-up window, select Enable subdomain recursion.
