Prerequisites

After adding a domain, setting up resolution records, and associating the domain with a VPC, you can follow the steps below to verify if the settings have taken effect.

For example, your domain, yourdomain.com, is associated with a VPC in the Caloocan region.

The domain yourdomain.com has the following resolution records set.

Directions

You can check the domain's resolution on a server within the corresponding VPC in Caloocan. Log in to the server in the Caloocan VPC and use the dig command to verify. The verification result is shown in the figure below.

As seen on the server within the VPC, yehao.com can be resolved to a private network address.
