1. Interface Description
Interface request domain name: vpc.api3.convergecloud.com.
This API (RejectAttachCcnInstances) is used for the CCN owner to reject the association operation when instances are associated across accounts.
Default interface request rate limit: 20 times per second.
Interface update time: 2019-12-07 22:50:42.
The interface only verifies the signature but does not authenticate.
