Removing from Security Group

Overview

You can remove Cloud Virtual Machine instances from the security group based on your business needs.

Prerequisites

The Cloud Virtual Machine instance has joined two or more security groups.

Directions

  1. Log in to the CVM console.
  2. Click Security Group in the left sidebar to enter the security group management page.
  3. Select Region on the security group management page and find the security groups whose instances need to be removed.
  4. Click Associate Instance in the operation column of the security group to enter the Associate Instance page.
  5. On the Associated Instance page, select the instance to be removed and click Remove from Security Group.
  6. In the pop-up dialog Box, click OK.
