Note:
  • If you are a customer of a Converge Cloud partner, the rules regarding resource usage and overdue payments are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.

Grace Period and Service Shutdown

Initial Grace Period (up to 2 hours)

  • From the moment your account balance reaches zero, you can continue using your NAT Gateway.
  • Usage during this period will be billed once your account is topped up.

Automatic Shutdown (after 2 hours)

  • If the account remains negative for more than 2 hours, the NAT Gateway service automatically shuts down.
  • Billing stops immediately once the service is shut down.

Recovery Window (up to 24 hours)

  • Within 24 hours after automatic shutdown, the NAT Gateway remains unavailable.
  • If you top up your account to a positive balance during this period, the NAT Gateway service resumes and billing continues.

Repossessed NAT Gateway (after 24 hours)

  • If the account balance remains negative beyond 24 hours after shutdown, the NAT Gateway is repossessed immediately.
  • Converge Cloud will notify the account owner and all collaborators via email and SMS when repossession occurs.
