Arrears and Service Suspension
When your account is in arrears, the COS will stop the service after 24 hours, but your data can be retained.
After receiving the arrears notification, you can go to Billing Management > Funds Management > Account Top-up in time to top up to avoid affecting your business.
If you have any questions about the consumption details, you can go to Billing Management > Bill Management > Bill Details page to review and check your consumption details.
Note:
- After the service is suspended due to arrears, the storage capacity occupied by your data will continue to incur charges, until the data is destroyed.
- The data cannot be recovered after destroyed.
- If you renew the account and the balance is not less than 0, the service will be automatically enabled.
- If the data stored in the COS is no longer used, delete it in time to avoid further charges.
